You can add audio and video files to a channel in the CuteFTP Local pane without opening the CutePODCast Manager.
To add media files to a channel from Local pane
In the Local pane, open the folder in which your media files are stored.
Right-click the media file that you want to add to a channel, then click Add to Channel. The Publish Episode dialog box appears.
Type the information as described in Configuring Channels for Publications, then click OK. The file is added to the specified feed or channel.
