The maximum number of simultaneous connections for a User can be set at the Site, Settings Template, and User level.
The Site level sets the limits of the User and Settings Templates. For example, if the Site level Max connections per user is set to five, and a user's User level Max connections per user is set to ten, the user can have a maximum of five simultaneous connections.
