This online help file is for EFT Server version 6.2.x. For other versions of EFT Server, please refer to http://help.globalscape.com/help/index.html. (If the Index and Contents are hidden, click Show Contents pane in the top left corner of this topic.) |
EFT Server optionally includes the Web Transfer Client (WTC), which is a browser-based file transfer client that allows users to transfer files over HTTP or HTTPS using a Web browser to and from EFT Server. The client deploys automatically if you have a license for the client and the client is enabled for the user in the Administrator.
The left pane displays files on the user's computer.
The right pane displays the files accessible to the user on EFT Server.
The bottom pane displays the items being transferred.
By default, the WTC automatically filters the file list and displays only the first 499 files and folders. Once that limit is reached, the WTC will prompt the you to use the filter feature to find the files that you want. If 499 files and folders is not sufficient, the EFT Server administrator can change the default in the Windows registry.
