On a computer on which the Agent is installed, in the
system tray, click the Agent icon 
, then click Job
Properties and Options.
Click the Job Info tab.
The Job Info tab displays the number of files and directories in the linked folder, as well as the total Job size, or the quota, and the amount used. In addition, the access mode or permission level displays, which can be either full or read-only.
Files, Folders, and Used display a count of the number of files and folders in the Job, their total size in megabytes, and the amount used in megabytes.
Access mode depends on your configuration:
Full = Regular WAFS Job or CDP Master Agent
Read-only = CDP Slave Agent Read only access
Count Now updates the Job information, used mainly when running FastMerge. Job information is automatically updated at regular intervals, but forcing a count ensures that the information is current. When you click Count Now, if the Agent is online, a warning message appears:
Click Yes to run full system audit. The Agent matches its data, folder by folder, with that of the Server. This operation might take a relatively long time, depending on the number of folders in the Job.
Click No to run a quick audit. The Agent scans its folders and consults with the Server only for folders that require it.
When the audit is complete, a data count message appears:
Click OK to dismiss the message. The Job Info tab is updated with the count.
