The Communication Info tab of the Job Properties and Options dialog box displays real-time file transfer information. When a file is being mirrored out, the uploading area displays a progress bar of the upload. When a file is mirrored in, the downloading area displays a progress bar of the download.
The upload or download throughput, in bytes/second, is different among files. In addition to the speed of the link and the latency between the Server and Agent, throughput also depends on the number of changes (the difference between the previous version of the file and the current) and the type of data and how compressible it is.
To view the Communication Info tab
On a computer on which the Agent is installed, in the system tray, click the Agent icon 
, then click Job Properties and Options.
Click the Communication Info tab.
The R and T lights blink when packets are exchanged between the Server and your system.
The Uploading and Downloading areas display a progress bar of the download.
