To restore a deleted folder
Place the Agent offline and open the Job Administration console.
In the Job List, click the Job containing the folder you want to restore. The File Retrieval menu for the Job appears.

In the File Retrieval menu, click Deleted Items. The list of deleted files and folders appears.

Next to the folder you want to restore, click Restore.
Open your Slave Agent folder and copy the recovered folder to the same folder location on the Master Agent.
Place the Master Agent back online.
