In the Job Administration Web interface, you can view a Server's statistics, such as the current time on the Server, how long the Server has been up, connected clients, and transferred data size in bytes.
To view Server statistics
Do one of the following:
Click the Server icon
in the host server's system tray. The Server Console dialog box appears. Click Server > Manage Jobs.
Open a Web browser. Browse to the Server's URL. For example, http://server8.yourCompany.com/admin.
The Job Administration interface appears and displays the Job List.

For information about Opened Files/Directories, refer to Viewing and Closing Opened Files and Locked Directories.
Click Server Statistics.

The Client Information area displays the number of Agents that are connected and online, the number of Web connections to the Server, the number of users who are currently online, and so on. You cannot make any changes to the Server in this interface. This information can be useful for Customer Support to help you analyze any issues. For example, the number in the Errors column indicates how many TCP errors exist. If you see a large number of errors, it is likely that you have a network problem; however, this is rare. The Error number is cleared after a Server restart.
The Data Bytes In/Out area displays the number of bytes sent (Out) and received (In), compressed (Raw) and uncompressed (Pre-compress).
When you finished reviewing the statistics, click Done. You are returned to the Job List.
