If another service is using port 80, such as Microsoft IIS Server, you must specify a different, unused port to avoid conflicts. If you specify port 80 and another service is using that port, you will not be able to connect to the Server. If you installed the Server using port 80 and are unable to connect, specify a different port, then restart the Server.
