When you install WAFS/CDP, in addition to subfolders in the Program Files directory (by default, C:\Program Files\Availl\Availl Server), the following folders are created and used by the Server and Agents:
A working directory/Vault (used by WAFS Server) is created (by default) at C:\AD. In the AD folder, subfolders are created for logging, templates, and Jobs. The Job called FirstFolder is automatically created; you can delete the Job named FirstFolder if you are not using it. When you create a new mirror or backup between computers, you start by clicking Create a new "x" Job on the Agent menu (where "x" is the type of Job). The folder that you link to the Job is the folder that contains the data. That is, if you create a folder named WAFS_Job with a subfolder called EastCoast and you link the Job to EastCoast, the WAFS_Job folder does not contain any data, but EastCoast does. You can change the location of the Vault in the Server Parameters dialog box. Refer to Server Parameters for details.

AVMF is created by the Agent and should never be modified. It stores the data (P) and metadata (M) that it uses in its mirroring process. Although this folder has size, it is mostly offset by the fact that the directories you were replicating no longer have size. They are not duplicates of the Agent's data. The old location points to the WAFS drive letter, which in turn writes to the AVMF directory; you do not have to allocate extra space.
M is the Meta data; the revisions of files and the files that are deleted, but have yet to be purged. The files appear as folders because that is how they are stored in M. If you look into each, there are files that are revisions of the particular file.
P is the Physical data that is uploaded from the Agent to the Server for storage and replication to other Agents.

AVM0 is for legacy support. (Created by the Agent, this is where the data was stored before version 3.0) You can specify which drive it uses in the Agent Setup and Preferences dialog box in the Drive letter box.

Remember, there is only one physical copy of the data on the hard drive. The "Availl drive" is just a link to the Job's folder, and is a convenient additional place to access the data that is normally accessed from the folder linked to the Job. If you change the drive letter, restart the Agent in the Windows Services dialog box (Start > Run > type services.msc).
AVCStuff, installed with the Agent, contains various executables and two subfolders used by WAFS/CDP.
