Changes in version 3.7.1
Bandwidth settings have been improved. There are now three settings: Low, High, and Auto. The new setting labeled ‘Low’ is closest to the setting previously labeled ‘Normal’. The new ‘High’ setting is closest to the previous setting ‘VHigh’, but with significant improvements. Auto behaves as it did previously, dynamically changing the throttling based on recent activities. As before, upload and download are each set separately. Due to the performance improvements in this release, ‘High’ is now the recommended setting for most users. ‘Low’ is only recommended for users that have very slow network connections. ‘Auto’ remains the default for both upload and download. When Auto is selected, the Agent will check the activity on regular intervals to determine whether to use high or low bandwidth. This interval can be set in the registry.

Changes in version 3.6.1
Revit Support - Allows WAFS to work more efficiently with AutoCAD Revit files.
Filtering capabilities - Using filters, you can exclude certain files, file types, or folders from being replicated.
Retention of Opened Files and Directories - Opened file handles are now retained at the Server for disconnected Agents, which prevents more than one person from editing a file at the same time.
Offline Mode - Administrators can specify that users should have full access or read-only access when an Agent is disconnected from the Server.
Unmonitored Mode - Administrators can specify that users should either have access or not have access to files when an Agent is not running.
User interface improvements - More intuitive, cleaner layout.
Improved stability
For the best WAFS/CDP experience, you should read the entire user guide to familiarize yourself with the concepts and procedures. The Table of Contents and the Index contain the topic titles of every topic in the user guide. The Table of Contents is organized in the order in which most users will need the information (i.e., Installing the Software, Configuring and Using the Server, Configuring and Using the Agent, Configuring and Using Jobs). The Technical Notes section provides procedures for advanced users (e.g., Using the Software with IIS, Deploying a Multiple Server Configuration, Changing the Server's IP Address and Port).
